Refund policy

30-day Tap-or-Refund guarantee

If your TapBible doesn't work with your phone, or you're not happy with it for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund.

How to request a refund: email us at tapbible@outlook.com with your order number. We may ask you to send the keychain back; if so, we'll reply with where to send it.

Damaged or defective items: if your order arrives damaged or doesn't tap, email us a photo or short description within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund you, your choice.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. After we approve your refund, it can take 5 to 10 business days for your bank or card to show it.
